Clinical Bodywork

Specialty work combines Thai techniques with trigger point therapy and use of analysis and tools to treat complicated pain and range of motion issues. Randy is a CTB certified practitioner and the only one to complete this vigorous training in Southern California. Ideal for shoulder, sciatica, back, hip issues, migraines, and more. See Chuck Duff's Coaching the Body  site for information on the training program and the painhackers.org site for practitioners in the US.  Sessions are normally 90-minutes in length, and for some clinical work 2-hours is recommended.

Thai Massage

Professional customized Thai massage using gentle but deep techniques of Northern Thailand. You wear your own comfortable stretchy clothes for the session. The work is on a mat on the floor and I use my feet, knees, elbows, forearms, palms, and thumbs to perform Thai massage. The bodywork includes acupressure and stretching. Some moves are assisted yoga poses but deeper. Sessions are normally 90-minutes in length.

Lomi Lomi

Aquatic Bodywork

Thai Massage

I'm an advanced Temple Style Lomi Lomi practitioner as taught by Tom Cochran and Donna Jason. This Hawaiian style bodywork uses minimal draping, with your body coated in oil.  I use forearms in circle and figure eight patterns with complex sequences that invite the receiver to surrender to relaxation. The work can include deep muscle stripping particularly on the back. See my TempleLomiLomi.com site for more information. Sessions are normally 60-minutes in length.

If the weather is warm enough to heat my pool, then consider a Healing Dance session. The buoyant support of the water allows your body to be moved gracefully through the water. The body relaxes when freed from gravity and muscles begin to unwind. Serpentine undulations gently move the spine refreshing the whole body while increasing range of motion. See my HealingWaterMassage.com for more information.  Sessions are normally 60-minutes in length.
